I can't say enough about Tom and his work. In redoing my entire kitchen, I worked with about 10 different tradesmen and general contractors. Tom was by far the most responsive and hard working person I had the pleasure of working with. His communication and dependability were top-notch. And I haven't even mentioned the actual tile work - it was exquisite! Our kitchen backsplash looks perfect. The lines, the grout, etc. I can't recommend Versatile Settings enough!

Tom is a craftsman. I had a number of companies bid my flooring, because I knew it was going to be a complicated project. And I'm picky! I knew I needed someone who would have great ideas and suggestions for how to handle some of the complicated (i.e. unlevel and warped) areas of my home. Tom was a constant professional and did beautiful work. Everyone who comes in my home asks "Who did your tile floor?" and I am always thrilled to send them Tom's way.
